Our organization primarily serves veterans, while also supporting a broader client population.

Absolute Wellness Center is a faith-based organization seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision to associate therapists working toward full licensure. Our organization primarily serves veterans, while also supporting a broader client population.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists pursuing licensure.
- Support associates in developing strong clinical skills, confidence, and professional growth.
- Offer guidance on law and ethics as clinical issues arise.
- Assist associates with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and appropriate interventions.
- Provide support in crisis situations and high-acuity cases.
- Mentor associates in the use of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, trauma-focused approaches, and other evidence-based practices.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages excellence in client care.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Licensed for a minimum of 2 years.
- Completion of required California BBS-approved clinical supervisor training/CEUs.
- Strong knowledge of law and ethics.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting pre-licensed clinicians.
Compensation:
- $75/hour.
Schedule:
- Flexible.
- Remote.
